Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD)

Never worry about missing a payment with a PAD. Payments are taken out of your account on the day they are due without you having to remember or do anything. Set up your PAD today by completing this form and returning it to us by mail to ivari, P.O. Box 4241, Station A, Toronto, ON M5W 5R3.

Online banking

You can pay your premium any time through most banks and financial institutions, just like you pay other bills online. Online payments can take several days to process, so please make them well in advance of the payment due date.

Mailing a cheque

You can also make your payments by cheque through regular mail. Please make the cheque payable to ivari and mail it, along with the bottom portion of the billing notice, to ivari, P.O. Box 4241, Station A, Toronto, ON M5W 5R3.

Please allow enough time

Payments must reach ivari on or before the payment due date. If your payment is not received by the due date, your policy will be at risk of lapsing.
