Before you start

Have your policy number ready. All policy owners, and any irrevocable beneficiaries, need to sign. eSignatures are accepted in AB, BC, MB, NB, NL, ON and QC for a Change of Beneficiary; elsewhere, print, sign and return the PDF using the Send Documents tool.
